Scope of Program:
Graphic Design and Visual Media students at Southeastern Oklahoma State University complete core courses in drawing, 2D and 3D design, painting, computer graphics and design history and theory. They continue with coursework in digital photography, video production, communication campaigns, computer graphic imaging, web page design, advertising, copyrighting and design, media law and ethics and digital imagery. All students complete an applied graphic design capstone project.
Merit, leadership and need-based scholarships are available. Residents of Oklahoma are encouraged to apply for state scholarships and grants. Oklahoma residents may choose to lock in their tuition through the Guaranteed Tuition program. Depending on funding availability, out-of-state tuition waivers may be available for qualified nonresidents.
